There isn’t always an answer to everything. But the staff at Valle di Assisi will always do everything they can to give you one. Here’s what you need to know.
At our accommodation, your four-legged friends are welcome in certain types of room. The Classic rooms as well as the apartments or the country suites are designed for people travelling with their pet. We charge an additional final cleaning fee of €15.00 per animal.
Credit and debit cards
We accept the following credit and debit cards at our accommodation: American Express, Diners, Mastercard, Pagobancomat, Visa. It is not possible to pay by cheque.
Check-in and check-out
At our accommodation, check-in is possible from 3 p.m., while check-out is by 11 a.m. Do you want to spend the rest of the day visiting Assisi? Feel free to leave your bags at the reception after checking out: We’ll take care of them for you.
Intolerances/specific dietary requirements
Upon request, we provide our guests with products that are compatible with their specific dietary requirements. Please contact us in advance to enable us to better organise your meals, from breakfast to dinner.
You can park your car for free in our outdoor car park. If you’re staying at our resort, you’ll be able to park your car outside your farmhouse.
Our accommodation offers a shuttle service for transfers inside and outside the estate. We kindly ask you to book in advance. A fee is charged for certain transfer services.
Spa and wellness
Access to the wellness area is not always included in all our offers. We advise you to check the description of each offer so that you know in advance if spa access needs to be paid for separately or not.
The cancellation conditions vary depending on the period, the type of accommodation, and the offer. We recommend that you check these at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation (which is free of charge by the defined dates), the deposit is not refunded but can be used for a future stay.
We offer free Wi-Fi access in all inside areas of the accommodation.
Treatments and massages
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the treatment or massage is due to begin to allow us to keep our appointment schedule and guarantee you a top-quality service. In case of late arrival, the treatment will be carried out up until the end of the booked time so as not to inconvenience the next client.
Treatments must be cancelled with at least 6 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you have any specific needs or allergies.
