Assisi, City of the Nativity Scene: The Magic of Christmas 2025
From December 6, 2025, to January 6, 2026, Assisi will be transformed into an evocative open-air nativity scene. The rich program of over 200 events includes spectacular artistic video mapping on the facades of the main monuments, markets, workshops, and attractions such as the Christmas Train and Santa's House, making the city an ideal destination for families.
Our estate, just 10 minutes from Assisi and 20 km from Perugia, is the perfect strategic base for discovering the illuminated jewels of Umbria.

  • Accommodation in a room or suite of your choice, with stylish solutions, including the Master Suite with internal SPA area.
  • Generous buffet breakfast.
  • Family dinners at our restaurant (two courses and dessert per evening, drinks not included).
  • Traditional Christmas lunch with a dedicated set menu (drinks not included).
  • Family SPA access (2 hours): We are one of the few SPAs in Umbria that also welcomes children. Includes Kneipp and sensory showers, sauna, Turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, salt relaxation room, two hot tubs, and heated indoor pool.
  • Entertainment and fun for children (aged 3 to 12) every afternoon from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • 1 tasting per adult of wines and organic extra virgin olive oil produced by us (Azienda Agricola Susanna Bianconi).
  • Always included: Free access to padel, tennis, and soccer courts, as well as walks in the 70 hectares of the estate with outdoor play areas.
