Strolling or cycling through the narrow streets of the Resort, you can meet us as we harvest the fruits of our passion for this land, Umbria. Enjoy your stay in our stone flats in typical Umbrian style, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
Autumn is the month when, on our estate at the foothills of Assisi, the olive trees give life to the new organic extra virgin olive oil and the vineyards are ready to delight you with the wine without added sulphites from our cellar. 
In Umbria it is time for Frantoi aperti , from 18 October to 16 November, and Eurochocolate, which returns to the historic centre of Perugia from 14 to 23 November 2025 . Our Hotel & Resort is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, immersed in an enchanting natural setting just 6 km from Assisi and only 2 minutes from the highway that connects to Perugia, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
